This mini-tempering and enrobing machine is the perfect choice for every starting chocolatier, baker with chocolate ambitions or chocolate laboratory.
The MT15 is the youngest of the MT series. This machine automatically melts and tempers your chocolate thanks to the electrically heated 15 kg container and built in tempering system. Prefer to immediately enrobe it as well? The MTE-models are perfect for this: this dual operation saves you a lot of space in the workshop. The Archimedean screw can also pump around chocolate containing ingredients. The superfluous chocolate is collected in the chocolate container, heated, pumped through the cooling zone and tempered. This ensures an optimal crystallisation.
