ML 600 XXL
Moulding line for pralines, tablets and cups
Pouring and decorating polycarbonate moulds manually is a time-consuming and labour-intensive activity. The ML 600 XXL is an extension of the standard ML 600. The difference? The moulding line ML 600 XXL is bigger and has a longer infeed chain as standard that can be equipped with a mould destacker, a mould cleaning system, a movable pre-heater, a decoration area and a heated cleaning licking roller.
After the moulds have been filled, levelled and trembled, the ML moulding line turns 180 degrees to empty the moulds again. They go the second trembling feeder, which leaves a layer of chocolate in the mould. You determine the thickness by setting the trembling intensity on the colour screen. When the moulds have set and cooled, they can be filled. Ready? Send them through the ML-line a second time to seal the chocolate mould.
The ML 600 XXL is the perfect solution for larger-scale artisanal chocolate makers who despite their size still want flexibility in how they work.
The fully equipped molding or casting line MLXXL for both solid products and filled products, such as pralines
