ML 600 + shortcut + HMT 450

Do you need two different enrobing lines when you work with solid products and products with fillings? Not at all thanks to the ML 600 + shortcut + HMT 450!

Are you making solid bars, neapolitains or caraques? After the trembling process, the machine instantly transports the moulds via the shortcut  to the mould cooling tunnel.

Do you want to switch to filled bars, pralines or chocolates? Then switch off the shortcut. The flip system flips the moulds after filling, levelling and vibrating, and allows them to empty. They then end up in a second trembling feeder which creates the shell of the mould. You can fill these as soon as the shell has cooled down. Done filling? Send the mould through the ML a second time and it will seal the bottom.
