Having to insert and remove polycarbonate moulds is very time-consuming. The MVC MTE GP mould conveyor belt does this automatically for you.

As soon as the conveyor belt has put the polycarbonate mould in the right position under the dosing machine it sends a signal to say the machine can start filling. Done? The conveyor removes the mould and a new mould is positioned under the dosing machine. No spillage, just perfectly filled moulds.
