Tempering, moulding and enrobing machine

This mini-tempering, moulding and enrobing machine with a capacity of 80 kg is the perfect choice for every well-equipped chocolatier, baker with chocolate experience or chocolate lab.

The MT80 is the biggest machine in the MT-series. It automatically melts and tempers your chocolate thanks to the electrically heated 80 kg container and the built in tempering system. The Archimedean screw can also pump around chocolate containing ingredients: the superfluous chocolate is collected in the chocolate container, heated, pumped through the cooling zone and tempered. This ensures an optimal crystallisation Prefer to immediately enrobe it as well? The MTE-models and their 250, 300 or 400 millimetre enrober belts will do just that: this dual operation saves you a lot of space in the workshop.
