Tempering, moulding and enrobing machine

This mini-tempering, moulding and enrobing machine with a capacity of 35 kg is the perfect choice for any small or mid-sized chocolatier, baker with chocolate experience or chocolate lab.

The MT35 is the second largest machine of the MT-series. It automatically melts and tempers your chocolate thanks to the electrically heated 35 kg container and the built in tempering system. The Archimedean screw can also pump around chocolate containing ingredients: the superfluous chocolate is collected in the chocolate container, heated, pumped through the cooling zone and tempered. This ensures an optimal crystallisation Prefer to immediately enrobe it as well? The MTE-models with enrober belts do this for you: this dual operation saves you a lot of space in the workshop.
