Make the chocolate base layer in no time thanks to the innovative B 80-400 Pre-Bottomer
Ask anyone who likes to wear nail varnish will tell you: the nicest result takes two layers. This also applies to products to which chocolate doesn't easily stick. How do you do it then? With our Pre-Bottomer that puts the chocolate layer on the bottom of your product!
The first stop in your production line
The name says it all: the Pre-Bottomer does its work even before the products are finally enrobed because it goes before the main enrober in your production line. A perfectly sealed bottom? Check!
Compact and robust
Do you make nut or raisin clusters? Good news: the plexiglass cover and the heating lamps are removed in no time for easy access to the chocolate bottom coating belt. The enrobing belt can also be disassembled which makes swapping chocolate or cleaning the machine child's play.
The height of efficiency
Do you want to make your production capacity even more efficient? Connect the B 80-400 to a conveyor belt with a cooled bottom plate and a melting tank for a continuous supply of chocolate, coulis or other sugar mass. Set the parameters on the colour touchscreen display, and the machine does the rest.
